Travel & Stay
All events are taking place at Ridgway State Park
How to get there
No matter where you live, getting to Ridgway State Park is going to be an adventure!
These are the four ways we suggest you take!
You can drive! If you’re coming from Denver, it’s a little over 300 miles and takes 5-7 hours depending on traffic. If you’re coming from the Willamette Valley, it’s a bit under 1200 miles and around 19 hours behind the wheel!
You can fly into Denver (DIA), rent a car, and drive the 300 miles over the mountains to Ridgway.
You can fly into Grand Junction (GJT), rent a car, and drive 90 miles down to Ridgway.
You can fly into Montrose (MTJ), rent a car, and drive 20 miles down to Ridgway.
When making your travel arrangements, please keep in mind that our Ceremony will begin at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 13th. Due to the remote nature of the venue, we suggest arriving in the Ridgway area on Friday, September 12th.
If you plan to fly into Montrose or Grand Junction, please note that these are small regional airports with limited service.
You may have difficulty renting a car at these airports if you do not reserve one far enough in advance.
Please ensure that you will have adequate time to reach the venue before the ceremony begins.
See, we told you it would be an adventure!
